Manage Your Business Accounts
Are you a sole proprietor or do you have a micro business?
With Online Banking all of your business and personal accounts, including loans, can be combined in one single-user platform.
Online Banking has a customizable dashboard page, which delivers key information at a glance. Common activities such as making transfers between accounts, viewing eStatements, scheduling payments through Bill Pay, or managing debit cards can be performed directly from the dashboard.
Business and personal accounts can be enrolled in Bill Pay and you determine who to pay, when to pay, and which account to use. Bill Pay has many convenient features:
- eBills that deliver payment information directly to Bill Pay
- GiftPay to send gift checks or donations with a personalized message
- Pay-a-person with an electronic payment
- Transfer to your accounts at other financial institutions
Does your staff need access to business accounts?
If your business needs include allowing key staff members to monitor and manage accounts, there are some optional enhancement features available to accommodate those requirements without comprising on controls.
The optional User Management feature provides increased efficiency for businesses. A system administrator role can be assigned to one or more users. Administrators can then create additional users and assign those users the accounts and entitlements, as needed, to perform job functions.
Another optional enhancement is Business Bill Pay, which can accommodate multiple users and has built-in user controls. Business owners can delegate the entry of payments but can retain control over the review and release of those payments. There are also various reports available for auditing purposes.
As an additional benefit, if your business subscribes to our Remote Deposit Capture service, there is an integrated link from Online Banking to the deposit site, reducing the number of logins needed.
There's an app too.*
The Mission Bank Mobile app is an extension of Online Banking and allows you to perform most of the same functions as Online Banking. In addition, deposits can be made using your smartphone or tablet.
Digital banking allows you the freedom to manage your accounts at your convenience.
Contact one of our Business Banking Centers if your business wishes to enroll in either of the optional enhancement features.
The Online Banking User Guides, available in the Education Center, have additional information on the optional features offered.
